- We will attempt to ship all orders placed before 3:00pm EST the same day. However, we cannot be responsible for out-of-stock and back-ordered items or early shipper pick-up.

RETURN POLICY:
In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem, we want you to know that we stand behind what we sell. All defective merchandise will be exchanged for replacement or house credit only.
- Call Rich at (516) 676-2378 and detail the problem. It is always helpful if you have the product model number and invoice order number and purchase date ready when you call.
- We will try to assist you to get the unit to perform satisfactory.
- If it is determined that the item is to be returned, we will process all information through our computers and issue you a Return Authorization. No returns will be accepted without this RA number.
- All items must be returned in the original packaging and double boxed. All manuals and warranty cards must be unmarked. Please double check to make sure all materials are included (i.e. software, hardware, cables and manuals.) Returns with missing pieces or missing literature may be subject to a restocking charge of 15%. NO C.O.D.s ACCEPTED!
